I am an actuary and all the concepts dealt with in this course are highly applicable to everyday modelling workI need all the modeling practice I can get in R. Questions which required participants to replicate examples in text consolidate learning very much. Instructors were on hand to answer every question that came their way.

I work on projects with multilevel data and this course solidified my understanding of mixed modeling statistical concepts and available analysis packages.
